All services API Integration

We make the platforms you already use talk to each other.

Integration and automation across booking platforms, ticketing marketplaces, and the business systems you already run — built, hosted, and monitored by the people who operate them in production.

What we do

The layer between your systems.

Most businesses do not need a new platform. They need the platforms they already pay for to talk to each other — reliably, without someone copying rows between tabs, and without finding out at month end that a feed stopped three weeks ago.

That is what we build: the integration layer between reservation systems, ticketing platforms, marketplaces, and the CRM, help desk, marketing, and accounting tools you run the business on. We build it, we host it on infrastructure we manage, and we watch it. The pages below cover the platforms we know from running them in production, not from reading their documentation.

One thing worth knowing up front: we also host and fully manage the open-source alternatives to several of these. So when the honest answer is that a per-seat subscription has outgrown its value, we can say so and offer the other route — and when the commercial product is worth keeping, we will say that instead.

How we work

Five rules we hold to.

  • Read the real responses first. Every integration starts with calling the API against a real account, because the documentation and the behaviour disagree more often than not.
  • Map explicitly, never fuzzily. Matching rates, options, or products by name is how silent mis-sells happen. Mappings are explicit and verified.
  • Fail safe, not quietly. A bad or empty response should skip and alert, not write zeroes into your live pricing. Integrations get a health check in front of them.
  • Reconcile against money. A sync is not working because it returned 200. It is working when the numbers match the payout and the supplier invoice.
  • Hosted and monitored. We run what we build on our own managed servers with monitoring and alerting attached.
FAQ

Common questions

Do you only work with the platforms listed here?

No. These are the ones we know well enough to write about honestly. The work itself — authenticating against someone else's API, mapping their data model to yours, keeping the two in step, and noticing when it breaks — is the same whatever the system. If yours is not listed, please send us a message.

You also host open-source alternatives to some of these. Which should we use?

Whichever actually suits you, and we will say which we think that is. We host and fully manage the main open-source alternatives — help desk, CRM, marketing automation, accounting, workflow automation — so for some businesses the cheaper answer is to move the workload rather than integrate a per-seat subscription. For others the commercial product is genuinely worth its price and should simply be connected properly. Because we do both, our recommendation is not driven by which one we would rather sell.

Can you host the integration as well as build it?

Yes, and that is usually the point. An integration is a long-running service, not a delivery. We run it on managed infrastructure with monitoring and alerting in front of it, so a silent failure gets noticed by us rather than by your customers.

What happens when the platform changes its API?

It will, and rarely with notice. That is an argument for someone maintaining the integration rather than handing it over and walking away. Health checks on the things that can fail quietly are part of how we build.

We already have an integration that is misbehaving. Can you look at it?

Yes. Diagnosing someone else's integration is a large part of our work. We will tell you plainly whether it is worth repairing or rebuilding, including when the answer is the cheaper one.
