Can tickets be created automatically from our own systems?
Yes, and it is one of the highest-value things to automate — a failed payment, a cancelled booking, or a monitoring alert can open a ticket with the full context already attached. What makes it work is deduplication and sensible thresholds — otherwise the queue fills with machine-generated noise and the team starts to tune it out.
Can you sync Zendesk with our CRM?
Yes. The first question is which system is authoritative for a given field, because without that decision the two will drift and your team will stop trusting both. We settle that up front, then build the sync to match it.
Is it cheaper to self-host a help desk instead?
Often, yes — Zendesk is priced per agent, so the cost scales with your team. We host and manage FreeScout and Chatwoot, which cover what most teams actually use for the cost of a server. But not always: if you depend on specific Zendesk features or integrations, switching can cost more than it saves. We will tell you which case you are in.
Can you move our existing tickets to another system?
Yes. Migration with history intact is a normal project. The work is in mapping fields, users, and attachments faithfully so past conversations stay readable and searchable afterwards.
What happens if the integration breaks?
Webhook failures are silent by nature, which is exactly why we put health checks on them. We host what we build and alert on it, so a stalled sync is something we tell you about rather than something you discover from a divergence weeks later.
